Websites for land developers.
Lots and parcels sell to three different audiences. Your site has to serve all of them without confusing any of them.

Land sells on a completely different set of questions than a house.
The person looking at a finished lot might be a family choosing where to build, a builder evaluating a tranche of lots, or an investor underwriting a whole parcel. They want completely different things: dimensions and utilities, availability and pricing, or entitlement status and timing.
Most developer websites are written for one of those three and quietly lose the other two. Worse, they leave the first question every one of them asks unanswered, which is what is actually still available.
So we build the map first. Available, pending, and sold, kept current, with enough parcel detail that a serious buyer can qualify themselves before they ever call. Then we give each audience its own path through the rest of the site.
- Interactive lot and parcel maps showing available, pending, and sold
- Parcel detail with acreage, utilities, restrictions, and pricing
- Master plan and phasing pages with current status by section
- Separate paths for consumers, builders, and investors
- Broker and builder resources, plats, and downloadable site plans
- Entitlement and infrastructure detail for partners and municipalities
- Inquiry routing that tells you which parcel was asked about
- Local SEO for the counties and submarkets you develop in
Questions we get.
How do land developers sell lots online?
With a site built around the land itself. A lot or parcel map showing what is available, pending, and sold, individual parcel detail with acreage, utilities and restrictions, and separate paths for the three audiences who buy land, which are consumers, builders, and investors. That is a purpose built site, and it is what this work takes.
Can the lot map be updated when a lot goes under contract?
Yes. Keeping availability current is the entire point, so we build the map so your team can change a lot's status in minutes. On a Care and Growth plan you can also just send it to us and we handle it.
Do you build for master planned communities?
Yes. Master planned work usually needs phasing, multiple builder partners, amenity and lifestyle content, and a status by section, which is a different structure than a single subdivision selling finished lots.
What about investor and broker audiences?
They get their own path. Investors and partners are evaluating entitlement status, infrastructure, absorption, and track record, none of which belongs on the page a family is reading. We separate them so neither audience has to wade through the other's content.
How much does a land developer website cost?
It depends on how many communities you carry and how complex the mapping is. Every build is quoted against a fixed written scope before work starts. Advanced lot mapping across multiple communities sits in our Custom tier.
Let’s build yours.
Tell us what you build and where. We read every one of these ourselves and reply with honest next steps, including a written scope with a fixed price.
