Everything builders and developers ask us about websites, leads, and what happens after launch. If your question is not here, ask us directly and we will answer it the same way, honestly.
We quote every build against a fixed written scope, so the price depends on what your business actually needs: how many communities and floor plans you have, whether you sell standing inventory, and whether you are a builder or a land developer. There are three build tiers, Foundation, Signature, and Custom, and the ongoing Care & Growth plan is a separate monthly amount. You get the number in writing before any work starts, and it does not move after that.
The pages buyers actually shop with: a real page for every community with location and status, floor plan pages with beds, baths, square footage, and galleries, an available inventory section your team can keep current, and a clear next step on every page. Developers selling land also need lot maps and parcel information. Most builder sites skip half of this, which is why they produce so few leads.
Most builds run eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch. The two things that move that timeline are photography and content approval. If we are waiting on photos of your best work or sign off on community copy, the clock waits with us. We tell you at the start exactly what we need from you and when.
Sometimes not. If the foundation is solid we will tell you that and quote the work that actually moves the needle instead of a rebuild you do not need. We would rather have a client on a retainer for five years than sell one oversized project.
When you have inventory to move, yes. People searching “custom home builder near me” or “lots for sale” in your county are the highest intent buyers you will ever reach, and the builders who show up in those results get the conversations. Ads only pay off with conversion tracking behind them, so you can see which searches and pages actually produce inquiries and cut the spend that does not. That tracking is part of our growth service.
With a site built around the land itself: a lot or parcel map showing what is available, pending, and sold, individual parcel pages with acreage, utilities, and pricing where appropriate, and separate paths for the three audiences who buy land, which are consumers, builders, and investors. A general purpose brochure site cannot do this work.
Increasingly, yes. More buyers now ask AI assistants for builder recommendations instead of scrolling a search page, and the companies those assistants name are the ones with clear, well structured, machine readable websites and consistent business information everywhere it appears. We build that visibility into our growth work, the same way we build traditional search visibility.
Because almost nobody maintains them. An agency builds a site, hands over a login, and leaves. A year later the featured community is sold out, floor plans have changed, and nobody has touched the page since the final invoice. The site did not break, it went stale, in an industry where inventory changes every quarter. That failure is the whole reason our Care & Growth plan exists.
No. The build is its own project with its own scope and price. The Care & Growth plan is month to month, so it has to keep earning its place every month, and if it stops doing that you should not be locked in.
You do. Your domain, your hosting, your analytics, and your content, with no proprietary platform you cannot leave. If you ever fire us, you keep the site and everything in it.
Yes, and we build it so you can. Adding a new spec home or marking a lot sold should not require a developer. That said, most of our clients would rather send us a text and get back to building, and that is what the retainer is for.
Middle Tennessee is home and it is where most of our work is, but the work travels. Knowing residential construction matters far more than sharing a time zone.
We focus on residential home builders and land developers. That is where our experience is, and it is a genuinely different problem than commercial, because you are selling to families and investors, not bidding projects. If you are outside that, we will say so rather than learn on your dime.
Tell us what you are building and what you are unsure about. You will get a straight answer either way.
