Design it, build it, and keep it selling.
A custom website for a construction company, built around the way buyers actually shop. One project, a fixed written scope, and a price that does not move after you sign it.
What we build
Your model home sells itself in person. Your website should do the same job at 11pm.
A custom site built around the way people actually shop for a home: they browse communities, they compare plans, they look for what’s available right now, and then they want to talk to someone. Most builder sites make all four of those hard.
We design around your inventory, not around a template. Every community gets a real page. Every plan gets specs, galleries, and a way to ask about it. Every page has a next step.
- Custom design with no themes, built to your brand and your builds
- Community and neighborhood pages with location, amenities, and status
- Floor plan and spec home pages with beds, baths, square footage, galleries
- Available inventory that’s easy for your team to keep current
- Lot and site maps for developers selling land
- MLS and listing feeds so every home you list has its own page, see MLS integration
- Mobile first build, because most buyers find you on a phone
- Fast load times and clean technical SEO from day one
- Lead capture on every page, routed where your team will see it
- Photo direction so your best builds are shot to sell
How a build runs
A fixed written scope, a fixed price, and a date.
Every build starts with a written scope and a fixed price, so you know the number before any work begins. From kickoff to launch most builds run eight to twelve weeks.
The two things that move that timeline are photography and content approval. We tell you at the start exactly what we need from you and when, so the wait is never a surprise.
- Kickoff: what you build, where, and what the site has to do
- A written scope with a fixed price before anything starts
- Design, reviewed with you, not presented at the end
- Build on a platform you own and can take anywhere
- Launch, with Search Console and Analytics connected
- You own all of it: domain, hosting, analytics, content
After launch, we stay.
This is the part almost nobody offers, and it is the reason builder websites die. An agency builds a beautiful site, hands over a login, and leaves. Eighteen months later the featured community is sold out, the phone number is wrong, and the last blog post is from two springs ago.
Hosting, edits, new pages, SEO and the monthly report all live in one plan, priced in the open. New homes go up when they’re ready, sold lots come down, and someone who knows your business is watching it every month.
The things builders actually ask.
The short list. The full set, including cost, ownership, and how developers sell lots online, lives on the FAQ page.
How long does a build take?
Most builds run eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch. The two things that move that timeline are photography and content. If we’re waiting on photos of your best work or approval on community copy, the clock waits with us. We tell you at the start exactly what we need from you and when.
We already have a website. Do we need a whole new one?
Sometimes the foundation is already solid. When it is, we say so and quote the work that actually moves the needle. We’d rather have a client on a plan for five years than sell one oversized project.
Who owns the website when it is done?
You do. Your domain, your hosting, your analytics, and your content, all on platforms you can take anywhere. If you ever fire us, you keep the site and everything in it.
Can my team update the site ourselves?
Yes, and we build it so you can. Adding a new spec home or marking a lot sold shouldn’t require a developer. That said, most of our clients would rather send us a text and get back to building, and that is what the monthly plan is for.
Where do you work?
Everywhere in the United States. We are remote by default, and knowing how construction sells matters far more than sharing a time zone. A builder in any state gets the same process, the same timeline, and the same team.
Which parts of the construction industry do you work with?
Home builders, land developers, multifamily developers, commercial contractors, general contractors, and pool and outdoor living builders. Each of those sells to a different buyer, so each gets a different site. Construction is the whole client list.
Do you do video, social media, or other marketing?
No. We build, grow, and maintain websites for construction companies, and that is the whole service list. For video production, social media, graphic design, or broader marketing, our team also came up at JBowman Creative, a Nashville agency that does that work. Tell us what you need and we will point you to the right place.
Let’s build yours.
Tell us what you build and where. We read every one of these ourselves and reply with honest next steps, including a written scope with a fixed price.
