Get found by buyers, and by the AI they ask.
SEO is the work that helps you rank in search. AEO, answer engine optimization, is the work that helps AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers cite you. Every plan does both, and hosting and website edits are in the price.
Why it matters
If you can’t tell which half of your marketing works, you’re paying for both halves.
A site nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer. Buyers searching “custom home builder near me” or “lots for sale” in your county are the highest intent traffic you will ever get, and right now they are finding somebody else.
More buyers now ask an AI assistant for a recommendation instead of scrolling a results page, and the companies those assistants name are the ones with clear, well structured, machine readable websites. We work both sides of that.
- Local SEO targeted to the counties and communities you build in
- Google Business Profile optimization and ongoing posts
- AI answer visibility so you surface in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
- New pages and posts every month, built to be found
- Hosting, SSL, backups and your listing feed, included in every plan
- Website edit hours every month, used however you like
- Monthly reporting in plain language, not a dashboard you never open
SEO and AEO, priced in the open.
SEO is the work that helps you rank in search. AEO, answer engine optimization, is the work that helps AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers cite you. Every plan does both, starts as a three month engagement billed monthly, and puts a count on every line so you know what you are buying.
A search target is one service in one place, like custom homes in Franklin. Most builders need five to eight.

Google Ads, fee separate from spend.
When you have inventory to move, the people searching “custom home builder near me” or “lots for sale” in your county are the highest intent buyers you will reach. Our fee is a flat amount set by how much you spend. The ad spend itself goes from your card to Google, never through us, so you always see both numbers.
Launch
Ad spend is paid by you to Google directly. The tier is set by the size of that spend.
- One Search campaign with up to 3 ad groups, built from a keyword list we agree in writing
- Conversion tracking on the quote form and phone taps, test fired before the campaign is switched on
- 4 weekly reviews: negatives added, bids and budgets moved inside written caps, each change written in the log
- One report in plain language: what ran, what it cost, what the forms and calls produced
- 2 ad variations per ad group, rewritten once a quarter
Growth
Ad spend is paid by you to Google directly. The tier is set by the size of that spend.
- Up to 3 campaigns: Search, plus Performance Max or Local Services Ads where your category exists
- Up to 10 ad groups across communities or service lines
- Conversion tracking on forms, phone taps, chat leads and your scheduler, test fired before anything runs
- Call tracking numbers on the ads, set up once and read in every report
- 4 weekly reviews, each change written in the log
- One ad copy test per campaign
- One dedicated landing page a quarter, built on your site
- One report and a 20 minute call

We do the work listed here. No campaign is switched on before its tracking is test fired. We do not control Google, so clicks, leads and cost per lead are not promised.
Fair questions.
What is the difference between SEO and AEO?
SEO is the work that helps you rank on a search results page. AEO, answer engine optimization, is the work that helps an AI assistant cite you when someone asks it for a builder recommendation. They overlap, because both reward a clear, well structured, accurate site, but AEO also means tracking what the AI tools actually say about you and changing the site when they get it wrong. Every plan does both.
Can AI assistants like ChatGPT recommend my building company?
Increasingly, yes. More buyers now ask AI assistants for builder recommendations instead of scrolling a search page, and the companies those assistants name are the ones with clear, well structured, machine readable websites and consistent business information everywhere it appears. We ask a set list of questions every month, record the answers, and change the site based on what they show.
Is hosting really included?
Yes. Hosting, the SSL certificate, daily backups and uptime monitoring are in every plan, for as long as the plan runs, and if your site has an MLS listing feed we keep it running: token changes, rule changes and license renewals. So are website edit hours: one hour a month on Starter, two on Growth, four on Scale, used however you like. If you want a photo swapped or a lot marked sold, send a text.
Do you promise a ranking?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. We do not control Google or any AI tool. What we promise is the work: a set list with a count on every line, done every month, and a report that shows what we did and what moved. If the work is not producing after a fair run, we would rather tell you than keep billing.
Why do builder websites stop working after a year?
Because almost nobody maintains them. A year after launch the featured community is sold out, floor plans have changed, and nobody has touched the page since the final invoice. The site went stale in an industry where inventory changes every quarter. That failure is the whole reason these plans exist.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Every plan starts as a three month engagement billed monthly, because nothing in search moves in four weeks and a shorter run would not be a fair test. After that it is month to month, so it has to keep earning its place.
Do you run Google Ads as part of this?
Not inside these plans. They are the organic side: search, AI answers, your Google Business Profile, and the pages behind them. Google Ads is its own service with its own fee, priced above by how much you spend, and the spend goes from your card to Google. We will tell you plainly whether we think ads are worth it for what you build before you commit to either.
Let’s build yours.
Tell us what you build and where. We read every one of these ourselves and reply with honest next steps, including a written scope with a fixed price.
