What we collect, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Sitework Digital, LLC is a web studio for the construction industry, based in Nashville, Tennessee. When this policy says we, us or Sitework, it means Sitework Digital, LLC. If you have a question about anything here, email ryan@siteworkdigital.ai and a founder will answer.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send the quote form, you give us your name, company, email, and optionally your phone number, what you build, and a message. When you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
The chat assistant. The chat on this site is an AI assistant. What you type is sent to our chat provider to generate a reply, and if you choose to share contact details so we can follow up, the assistant saves those details and the conversation for our team. If you do not share contact details, the conversation is not stored by us after it ends.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how people use the site, and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which ads lead to quote requests. These tools set cookies and collect things like the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, your approximate location, and how you arrived here. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs. None of this identifies you by name.
How we use it
- To reply to your quote request or question and, if you ask us to, to prepare a written scope.
- To run and improve this website, and to measure whether our advertising is working.
- To keep records of our conversations with you as a prospect or client.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for. If you send us a quote request, you will hear from a person about that request, not from a newsletter.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site and our business, and only what they need to do that job:
- Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions.
- Google, for Workspace email, Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads.
- Anthropic, whose Claude model powers the chat assistant and processes what you type into it.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If Sitework Digital is ever sold, client and prospect records would transfer with the business.
Cookies and tracking
The analytics and advertising tools above use cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time, and Google offers an opt out for Google Analytics and ad settings for personalized advertising. The site works without cookies; only our measurement does not.
How long we keep it
Quote requests, chat leads and correspondence are kept for as long as we have a business reason to, which for a prospect is usually a few years and for a client is the length of the relationship plus what our records require. Analytics data is kept according to Google's standard retention settings. Ask us and we will delete what we hold about you unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ryan@siteworkdigital.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a state or country with specific privacy rights, we honor those rights.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use your information will be called out at the top of this page.
