What we do

Design it, build it, and keep it selling.

Three services that work as one job: a website your buyers actually move through, the traffic to fill it, and a team that keeps it current long after launch. Most builders only get the first one, which is why most builder websites go stale in a year.

Service 01

Website design & build

A custom site built around the way people actually shop for a home: they browse communities, they compare plans, they look for what’s available right now, and then they want to talk to someone. Most builder sites make all four of those hard.

We design around your inventory, not around a template. Every community gets a real page. Every plan gets specs, galleries, and a way to ask about it. Every page has a next step.

Your model home sells itself in person. Your website should do the same job at 11pm.

What’s included

  • Custom design with no themes, built to your brand and your builds
  • Community & neighborhood pages with location, amenities, and status
  • Floor plan & spec home pages with beds, baths, square footage, galleries
  • Available inventory that’s easy for your team to keep current
  • Lot and site maps for developers selling land
  • Mobile first build, because most buyers find you on a phone
  • Fast load times and clean technical SEO from day one
  • Lead capture on every page, routed where your team will see it
  • Photo direction so your best builds are shot to sell
Service 02

Growth & lead generation

A site nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer. Buyers searching “custom home builder near me” or “lots for sale” in your county are the highest intent traffic you will ever get, and right now they are finding somebody else.

We put you in those results, and we wire up tracking so you know which searches, ads, and pages actually produce a conversation. Not impressions. Conversations.

If you can’t tell which half of your marketing works, you’re paying for both halves.

What’s included

  • Local SEO targeted to the counties and communities you build in
  • Google Business Profile setup, optimization, and ongoing posts
  • Google Ads built and managed around buyer-intent searches
  • Conversion tracking for calls, forms, and inquiries attributed to source
  • Landing pages for specific communities or ad campaigns
  • Content that answers what buyers ask before they call
  • AI search visibility so you surface in ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers
  • Monthly reporting in plain language, not a dashboard you never open
Service 03

Care & growth retainer

This is the part almost nobody offers, and it is the reason builder websites die. An agency builds a beautiful site, hands over a login, and leaves. Eighteen months later the featured community is sold out, the phone number is wrong, and the last blog post is from two springs ago.

We stay. New homes go up on the site when they’re ready. Sold lots come down. The software stays patched, the site stays fast, and someone who knows your business is watching it every month.

The build starts the relationship. The retainer is the relationship.

What’s included

  • Hosting, backups, SSL, and security monitoring
  • Content updates for new homes, sold lots, team, photos
  • Software and plugin updates so nothing quietly breaks
  • Performance monitoring for speed, uptime, broken links
  • Ongoing SEO and Google Business Profile management
  • Ad management where you’re running paid traffic
  • Monthly report on traffic, leads, and what we changed
  • A person who knows your business, not a ticket queue
Questions

The things builders actually ask us.

How long does a build take?

Most builds run eight to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch. The two things that move that timeline are photography and content. If we’re waiting on photos of your best work or approval on community copy, the clock waits with us. We tell you at the start exactly what we need from you and when.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. The build is its own project with its own scope and price. The Care & Growth plan is monthly, so it should keep earning its place every month, and if it stops doing that you shouldn’t be locked in.

Can my team update the site ourselves?

Yes, and we build it so you can. Adding a new spec home or marking a lot sold shouldn’t require a developer. That said, most of our clients would rather send us a text and get back to building, and that’s what the retainer is for.

We already have a website. Do we need a whole new one?

Sometimes not. If the foundation is solid we’ll tell you that and quote the work that actually moves the needle instead of a rebuild you don’t need. We’d rather have a client on a retainer for five years than sell one oversized project.

Do you only work with builders in Tennessee?

Middle Tennessee is home and it’s where most of our work is, but the work travels. Knowing residential construction matters far more than sharing a time zone.

Do you work with general contractors or commercial construction?

We focus on residential home builders and land developers. That’s where our experience is and it’s a genuinely different problem than commercial, because you’re selling to families and investors, not bidding projects. If you’re outside that, we’ll say so rather than learn on your dime.
